David

Zen are your best friends

Home Broadband

choice of 1 or 8 IP addresses as standard

can also change the reverse DNS lookup info within reason on the customer portal

service top notch

thinkbroadband: The UK's largest independent ADSL review site - Your guide to UK broadband Internet.

comparison above against other ISP's. Speed also top notch, connection permitting of course

Edited to add no traffic shaping of any kind either

Another vote for Zen here Have been with them for over 4 years now for home use.

If you choose the /29 option, you will have your name on whois with Zen's address and contact details.

For the PTR changes, you will need matching A records in place before the change.

You might already know, but if you bend the rules slightly, you can make use of all 8 ip's

You set the router (and maybe computers dependent on setup) to pretend you are in a bigger subnet. Allowing you to use the network and broadcast address.

Side affects are not being able to route to ip's in those ranges either side of your block. If your range is at the start, 0, or the end 255, then you can only get 1 extra ip.
