Lightbulb Norton Antivirus Problem (Internet Connection)

Whilst surfing the net, Norton flashed up "Internet Explorer is attempting to access the internet, what do you want to do ?" Stupid me clicked "block always".

Now the only way I can access the internet is by disabling Norton - not the ideal situation !

How can I "undo" what I did ?

(Computer has been reset which obviously didn't cure the problem)

Thanks

I don't think it's the AV, it'll be the norton firewall that's blocking it. Just go to the firewall settings and allow IE to work.

open 'norton internet security' - click on 'personal firewall' - on the right hand side on the 'panel' click on 'configure'. in the new pane click on 'programs', scroll down to 'Internet Explorer' select and then choose 'modify' and reset to 'automatic'....................................... . - sorted!!!!!!!!
