Wireless router question, 54mbps or 108mbps?
Right I have a new laptop coming which I'll be gaming on (online) It has wirelss built in. I'm looking for a wireless router to plug into my NTL cable modem.
Do I need to get a 108mbps router?
My laptop has this card (copied from the spec) Intel Pro 802.11a/b/g Integrated Wireless LAN
Wonderig whether the card only needs a 54mbps one or would it be better on the 108?
I 'think' the card in my laptop won't support 108mbps? They need to have a T at the end, is that right?

your right the 802.11g is upto 54mbps so not much point in a 108mbps router,
or maybe there is, the range is usually a bit better on the faster routers so if its only a few quid more then its defo worth the extra
