I use Outlook Express to retrieve my e mails, I recieve one or two e mails in the morning but they are spam.

If someone sends me an e mail it won't come through

I haven't altered any settings that I know of.

I use BT Connect for my e mails.

(Antivirus for e mail is switched off)

Can anyone help ?

Checked your Junk mailbox?

 

Try sending an email to one of your contacts, and ask them to reply to it, see if that works !

I have come across it on a coupel of occasions where the email settings get messed up, and removing them and resetting them up gets it all working again !
