Interweb problems
Does anybody know if there are any major problems on the Internet at the backbone level??
Both yesterday and today, some web-sites have been almost inaccessible (e.g. google and microsoft) and yet others are fine (e.g. news.bbc.co.uk).
Similarly, MSN is up and down like Gordon Brown's economic forecasts
Anything on the grapevine?
