Was working on our wireless network earlier - we've now setup another wireless network to get a better signal and the XBox 360 won't connect to XBox live?

The XBox diagnostics ok everything until it gets to XBox live which it fails - would pointing the Xbox to another network screw up the Xbox live somehow?

Is the other network secured ? you may need to enter the new security code.

Entered the correct security code but wouldn't connect?

I have 2 wireless routers and to extend the range I daisy chained 1 off the other with cat 5 cable so effectively had 2 wireless networks with different names and passwords. The computers/laptops were quite happy with this either logging in to the main router connected to the ADSL or connecting to the ADSL through the daisy chained router. The XBox wasn't happy though trying to connect to Live through the daisy chained router - it found the new network and connected ok with the correct password but failed to connect to Live. Removed the daisy chained router and connected the Xbox back to the main router again and it connects to Live okay.

The only other thing i can think of is som where on the xbox set up pages it gives you a list of networks that are avalible try and connect it that way.

I lent mine to a friend while on my hols,when i had it back it wouldnt connect straight to my network,when i had a look on the network page on the xbox ( i think it was network page ) i had my network and my friends network listed.Just acase of selecting mine.

Other than that m8 wait for a brain box to reply....lol.
