FM transmitters now legal in the UK

Ofcom has announced that it is now legal to use low power FM transmitters in the UK. As you are probably aware, until now consumers have been able to buy FM Transmitters - even though using them was an illegal act. Due to increasing demand from resellers and consumers, Ofcom have decriminalised the use of low power FM transmitters in the UK from December 8th, providing they carry the EU approved CE mark.

so tis legal now and you dont have to go to states to buy griffin itrips etc

It wasn't illegal to sell them, just to use them (if I remember correctly).
