Default Help please

When useing the PC, after a while the picture begins to go pinky/blue all over. Usually it starts if I'm watching a youtube vid or playing a game. If I restart the PC it's ok for a while then starts again. If I'm watching a DVD movie then it's fine. Any ideas? Monitor? Graphics Card? Power supply?

cheers.

How old is your monitor. CRT could be on it's way out. Assuming that it is a CRT Monitor
