Default network cards missing out of the registry

I have software tied to my network cards and the license has stopped working

I noticed that the ipcofig /all had teredo tunneling pseudo this is to do with microsoft TCP/IP IPv6 so i have uninstalled that, the ipconfig /all now shows the correct address but the network card does not show in the registry as I have to set it to Network card 1 for it to work!!

Any ideas?
