Blackberry Enterprise Server Admins needed!
Guys, need some help with a BES 4.1 & Lotus Notes 6.5 issue...
Error Message:
Unable to open lotus\domino\data - remote path name must be relative to data directory. Scan for changed records failed because mail file could not be opened.
Any ideas?

Rusty,
Here are a few things to try as we had this problem when we first installed our BES.
Try deleting the user and recreating in the BES itself, also you need to check the blackberry domino server is in the ACL of the users mail file, it should be set to manager and be able to delete docs.
Doing this solved our problem so good luck ! :-)
Cheers
Simon

Thanks Simon,
We managed to sort it as the problem was in the user's relative address as the BES had changed it so Lotus could not recognise it. We changed it back and it resolved our problem.
We are now installing the service packs... anything we should watch out for?
Cheers, Jonathan
