Default fx card temp prog

Anyone know of a suitable programme for monitoring my fx card temp and possible controlling the fan to have it running at max the whole time? Think i'm getting overheating issues. (7800gtx in a laptop)

Cheers,
Doug.

The latest nvidia forceware drivers do that with coolbits enabled.
Open the Windows Registry Editor by typing "regedit" in the Run Menu of Windows.
Then open the following directory:

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\NVIDIA Corporation\\Global\\NVTweak".

Next, right-click on the NVTweak key and create a new dword value named "Coolbits."
Adjust the value of Coolbits to "3" by double clicking on it and entering "3" in the value data field.
Once you’re done, restart Windows to apply your new settings.
After a quick Windows restart, you’ll now see a new field in your driver’s control panel titled “Change Overclocking Configuration”.
In there is a box to check to always run the fan at the highest speed.
There is also a tab to monitor temperatature levels.
