Default WMP10 problem

Hi
I'm having a wmp10 problem.
I've downloaded a movie (legally) and I get the following error message
"An operation was attempted on a pin that doesn't exist in the DirectShow filter graph".
The error code is C00D105A i've been to the microsoft web help and its useless.
I've tried to play it in BSplayer,VLC,Realplayer,Windows Classic,DivX and it doesn't work does anybody have any ideas?
If you do please explain in the simplest terms as i'm not to computer literate.
Thanks

ok try this hotfix from m'soft!

FIX: Update to enable DirectX Video Acceleration (DXVA) of Windows Media Video content in Windows Media Player 10

If all else fails uninstall wmp10 and re-download it from microsoft Windows Media Player 10

A few people have had this problem with licensed media re-install normally works out easiest!

Glad to help!
