Yup, all you need is a video card that has S-Video output, the get a lead that will connect into that to the scart socket on your TV.
Be warned you cannot see anything, it is all blurry
Only thing good is the fact you can watch ****/Div X/media files on your TV.
Wait for HD-TV to come around and then get a video card and TV that support HD input and output.

Yes it is, as above really. If you have a laptop, quite a few of them have S-Video outputs on them, otherwise you can get a card.
If you are interested in just watching DivX etc .. on your television, get yourself a cheap Xbox (not 360), chip it and you can FTP everything to it to watch (or even stream it from your PC).
