Default How do you save sounds from a soundboard?

Been looking for mp3 sounds to use on my mobile and have found a soundboard that's got a few good ones.

It runs on flash so right click's no good and when I downloaded the board it just came as an .exe so no joy there either.

The only other thing I could think of was to play the sounds and try and capture them with Nero wave editor but thats not doing the trick either.

Can anyone suggest how to do this?

Cheers
