http://www.picstop.co.uk/USB-Flash-Drive

Get one with a cap that "clicks" on, I got a corsair and the rubber end just slides off in my pocket.

Thanks.
Dopes anyone know why some cost £15 and others £50 for supposedly the same thing?

The price of flash media has been dropping heavily for months.
If somewhere is advertising at £50, they must have been caught with old stock and are reluctant to take a hit on it.

Around £15 is the going rate for a 1GB drive.

When I was shopping for mine I found speed is also a consideration in the cost stakes.

There are differences in transfer speed too which is why some cost more.

Some of the cheapest ones have the keyring attachment on the lid rather than on the USB media end. Thats one of the reason some brands are cheaper as they know a percentage get lost !

I'd buy Integral branded with my own money.
