Hello

I know a few on here are using TalkTalk Broadband now. I am and the connection is fast, but i am having a nightmare setting up my email accounts.

I have tried creating an email account via my account at supportcentre.talktalk.net, and when I do that and try to log in with webmail I always get a "incorrect password or username" message even though I know the password is right and I have sent an email to the account.

I just got talked through setting one up with Outlook by putting my phone number@talktalk.net as the account login and the password they gave me, and setting the email address as what I want. I cant see how this will create an emaill account though.

Can anyone help me !!!

set up a talktalk email account for a customer yesterday actually.

she had a letter from them with all the email details on

had something like

username:

password:

email address:

pop3 server:

smpt server:

just a case of going tools, e mail accounts, new account and entering the necessary info in outlook...
