Default Worms Original version

Has anyone got a copy of the first worms game on the pc? All other versions pale in comparison and this would be great on work trips by train!!

Hope someone can help.

Regards

Esh

I've also got it on the psp and the worms don't seem to glide on the ice levels. Also no mini gun?? OMG

I've also got it on the PS1 too.

So if no-one has the original on pc I'll have to trawl the bagain bins or pc world.

I've got the original PC Worms somewhere.

I'd do you a copy and send it, but I'm away till next week. If no-one else can help you before then, then give me a shout .

Yep, absolutley cracking game, looks fantastic and plays very nicely... Loco Roco is another belter, stupidly simple controls ( shoulder buttons and O ) yet sooo addictive...

I did get these for my holiday in a few weeks but can't stop playing them

Ive got it for PC and I have worms 2 for PC, but num 1 doesnt work on XP!

Number 2 does work, but doesnt like being installed!

Worms is most probabley the most fun you can have on a PC(except XXX)

Great on ps1!

Have you changed the run as version to win 98????
Right click Choose compatability tab and select run as windows 98 etc.

Silly question but sometimes the solution is simple.

Thanks for your replies guys,

I had a 6 1/2 hour journey from London to Newcastle and back yesterday and the PSP version just doesn't push my buttons. Its good but not as good as the original. I think the level design was better in the original too.

If anyone can get me a CD with the original I don't mind travelling and paying for the privelage.

Regards

Esh

PM me your address and I'll send you my copy.
Hasn't been used for years, and it's just gathering dust.
