Question Advice please- Are my security settings set too high?

I tried to view a video clip from Scoobynet General and all I'm getting is a small screen within the page which has a box with a red x in the corner.
Are my security settings too high or similar and can someone point me in the right direction to remedy same?

Many thanks,
Mouser.

More likely that you don't have the video codecs (to decode the video) you need. Take a look here

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/...Codec_Pack.htm

If still not working and you really think its down to Internet Explorer security then change the security settings for each zone to default and try again.
