how simple to save tablet pc notes as PDFs?
About to buy a tablet but cant find the answer to this...i keep all my client files as PDF's so i need to know how simple it is to convert any notes i take on a tablet to that format
at present its simple, i write with a pen and the scan the paper into the pc as a PDF .....simple. Dont want to go to a tablet then find it takes LONGER to get my notes into the pc format i need them to be in!
also.....i understand you can only write notes in the apps that allow it.....but say i am filling in a form on my pc that doesnt allow notes.....can i still use the "pen input" screen to enter details by pen clicking on the box i want to fill in then writing the input details in the pen box and clicking enter????
in other words...do i even need a keyboard?
i have a nice dual screen setup on my desk so dont need to do long winded reports etc on a lappy.....just completing forms/taking notes in client meetings - and presnting the odd pdf to them.

Think Dan is right. You can also download a copy of CutePDF for free that will allow you to convert those files into PDF very easily - I use it all the time.

There's a nice little app called DeskPDF which should suit you... you print the file to the DeskPDF 'printer' and it gets converted to a PDF document. I find it incredibly useful
