Have HP gone daft, trying to spec a SAN

Default Have HP gone daft, trying to spec a SAN

Am I missing something here

Trying to spec a basic SAN around an MSA1000

when I go to the options and accessories it only gives me servers & racks, no hba controllers, fibre switches or disks !!!

and how many hba's do they do

pain in the **** HP plus there site was down for a few hours yesterday too

one point is that the MSA1000 cannot yet do active active until the new Firmware is out..

It also has a prob where it fails over controllers if a HBA has a problem, or a reboot occurs... (on some systems)

the MSA1500 does now support active/active as the firmware has been released for that.

Found the starter kit now, and the HA upgrade kit, so looks like I will be spec'ing that up

they only want one server attached (for now ) so active/active isnt an issue
