Trying to spec a basic SAN around an MSA1000
when I go to the options and accessories it only gives me servers & racks, no hba controllers, fibre switches or disks !!!
and how many hba's do they do
pain in the **** HP plus there site was down for a few hours yesterday too

one point is that the MSA1000 cannot yet do active active until the new Firmware is out..
It also has a prob where it fails over controllers if a HBA has a problem, or a reboot occurs... (on some systems)
the MSA1500 does now support active/active as the firmware has been released for that.

Thanks David
Found the starter kit now, and the HA upgrade kit, so looks like I will be spec'ing that up
they only want one server attached (for now ) so active/active isnt an issue
