Friend of mine is getting married in Greece later this year and I'm his best man.

Last week he had some tragic news that his Dad has got pancreatic cancer and has been given six months to live. As a result he is to ill to travel to the wedding.

I really want to sort out a webcam or link up a video camera so that he can watch from his bedside.

Can anyone advise what kit I will need, wireless stuff etc.

Should be fairly straight forward but the choices are really yours to make.

You should be able to pick up a laptop that will do the job for around £300-£400.

You will need to have a standard cable router or wirelss router.

You will also need a wireless network card or adapter.

Then its a case of getting the router setup with the laptop which is the tricky bit for most people.

You will need a webcam which are fairly cheap and you will also need to arrange a live feed onto the web. Although its not that difficult it will be tricky unless you get someone to help on the day.
