Why don't you buy new?
PCWorld are doing this for £99.99 and you can either order it online with free delivery or reserve and collect at your local PC World store (Normal instore price if you don't reserve it is £119.99)
I've read quite a lot of reports that it's a Seagate 320gb hard disk inside too so that makes it all the better!!
