While im touring the world in a few months Im going to be taking a lot of pics which I want to upload to my webspace. As i dont have a laptop im hoping to use Internet Cafe's/Libraries where possible.

Does anyone know if most of these public access points will allow me to plug my USB cable in to their PCs to upload the files?

From a security point of view i'd say no but then I've never been in one?

This might sound odd, but have a search on the internet for internet cafes near where you will be going and email one of them and see what they say.

They'll all have different security ideas. Most will, but they may want them on CD or will do it for you from your camera card.

Whilst in Alaska last year, the Library woulnd't let me but the Internet Cafe down the road would (once they virus checked it)

You won't really know until you get to your country and ask around.
