best lightweight antivirus & firewall?

i got symantec antivirus & firewall 10 but on old laptop, they run like a dodo. the laptops are PII and PIII. what would be a lightweight antivirus & firewall for old/slow lappies?

assuming windows xp with service pack 2 id use Nod32 and the SP2 firewall, that do the job

I run AVG on a P3 laptop and no problem with speed at all.

sorry just seen this , had big problems with norton virus piggy backing on auto up dates wouldnt recognise virus that attacked visual basic etc now on grisoft avg for aprox one year and brilliant no probs steve.
