Question is it possible to get a wireless bridge for a phone?

Trying to save myself some headaches later

Ma & Pa want a new phone extension put in (it will pretty much go around the house!!) They've also bought a cordless phone which mother (in true mother/women form) wont have connected, because the wall wart PSU will look out of sorts in the kitchen!!!!

So, I was thinking, is there such a thing as a phone wired-to-wireless bridge type thingy?

A transmitter that connects into the phone socket, and a receiver to connect into the power by the new phone?

Any ideas, otherwise, whilst the rugby's on this afternoon, guess who's going to be installing a phone extension!!!!

Dan
