Ipaq 4150 - upgrade to rom 1.1 and now Tom Tom doesnt work

Ipaq 4150 - upgrade to rom 1.1 and now Tom Tom doesnt work
can anyone offer any help here.....upgraded my Ipaq 4150 to v1.1 (via the HP website) and now cannot get the Tom Tom to see the Blue tooth GPS device. Was working fine in 1.0.
If I go to Bluetooth mgr I can see the GPS device and connect to it, but Tom Tom simply sits there stating "no GPS device".
tried re-installing Tom Tom, factory reset of 4150. Anyone know a fix / suffer the same issue?
