Default Dead 360.

I'm surprised to find that Microsoft and Subaru have something in common, IE they're both crap at aftersales.

Got through to somebody at MS within a few mins, guy says he's really busy and can he call me straight back... did he cobblers.

So I try the support email system instead,

"Our support ticketing system is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Think I might invest in a warranty seeing as so many are failing.

It better be sorted before Fightnight and Far Cry Instincts!

Yesterday I was going to leap to the defense of Xbox support. I'd called them in the past and the service was exeptional. Today I called them and they've outsourced first line support, terrible service from a bloke who knew nothing about the system and blatently lied over the phone - 'just checking your details on our system, I think I see the problem" .... err, I didn't give you my details!!! - and made all sorts of excuses before deciding to hand my case to second line.

I'll report back later after I've spoken with second line.

I called the US support number, problem resolved first attempt, great service.

my copy of PGR3 had a tiny crack in it which the 360's drive made worse to the point that it became unreadable. When I rang them the arrogant tosser I spoke to said that shouldn't have moved the console when it working should I?

I got US support on the phone, all resolved in a minute or two, lottery of who answers the phone i suppose.

Great email from them too, lol.
