Fujitsu-Siemens are about to release the Pocket Loox N560 with built in GPS (and no flip out thing for it) and it's rumoured to be around 400 notes (in the UK).

XDA 2s, mine was free on contract from O2, bluetooth gps reciever about £40 ish off ebay, "borrow" a copy of tomtom off limewire etc, (always virus check)
only problem being, the sat nav is superb, the pda tended to crash/freeze often, 2 "dropped" xda`s later, I sold the nearly new insurance relplacement for £205 on ebay and bought a tomtom go, add the speed camera software off the net, makes driving un-known roads fun again,
Have a good one

I've got an XDA IIs for sale with a GPS cradle if you're still looking.
Phone / Pda / Satnav in one. Unlocked.

btw the freezing problem is easily overcome by deleting some of the O2 bundled software.

Let me know if you're interested..
