Regretably a new processor and motherboard. I've just bought a AMD 3800 64Dual Core Processor. Prem. Elem. 2.0 works on this fine.

See http://www.adobe.co.uk/products/prem...ystemreqs.html

Intel® Pentium® 4, M, D, or Extreme Edition, or AMD Opteron or Athlon 64 (SSE2 support required)

It does run well though! The 1.0 version will run on yours.

Best regards,

Ian

I have version 1.0 and it works well. I wanted to go to 2.0 because of the inbuilt importer.

My samsung solid state camcorder makes DIVX mpeg4 that I need to convert first then into Adobe. I'm not changing my CPU and mobo just yet so I'll stick with v1.0

thanks for the info
Craig
