Default Swapping files from old pc to new pc

Hi guys,

I've just got myself a new pc and before I start using it I want to save all my documents off the old pc. I need to transfer work related files and also about 400 photo's that I've down loaded off my digi camera.
My problem is that the old pc (and I mean VERY old!) only has a floppy drive to save too, while the new pc doesn't.
Whats my best way of saving my files and photo's ready to load onto the new pc?

Use your digital camera as a drive. A whole lot quicker than floppitys.

Or remove the hard drive and run it as a slave on the new pc.

Jack,

This might sound thick, but do you mean that I can tranfer my photo's from the pc back to my camera? That would be ideal.
If so how?
Could I use a usb memory stick?

I use a USB HD as a back-up/transfer devices (as well as DVD back-ups) - this could make your life easier.

As Jack says, if your digital camera's mem stick is big enough, just copy them back to it. (should show up as a removable storage device when you plug it in via USB..)
