Bit Torrent, whats that all about then ?

Keep hearing about this, not a big downloader but interested in how it works, I know I could Google it but I like keeping you lot off the streets.

basically your download speed is determined by how many/how fast the uploader is, so lots of uploaders(seeds) the faster the download, just remember to leave the file up till at least you have a 1:1 share ratio. i use a program called bitcommet, very easy to use, similar layout tho the old kazza
