laptop with a mind of it's own
My laptop is going daft !
Every so often it decides to type the following 1qa#
When I am online it is also going back a few pages and then searches for 1qa# in the address bar.
What could this be?

Thinking about it, that could well be the case. It doesn't seem to happen until late on ie. when the laptop is running hot and the actions are taking place in certain areas of the keyboard.
I have no doubt that there will be total denial but she's a clumsy ****** so it wouldn't surprise me.
Cheers

Hello
You can remove the keys / keyboard on a laptop quite easily (and put them back together most of the time). Sometimes something gets stuck and causes more than one key to be pressed. The only one I'd be suspicious of is the '#' as it's right over on the other side of the keyboard.
