Am i entitled to my money back?
I bought a psp on 19th december, and have had nothing but trouble. Im now on my third psp direct from sony. Now this one has decided to start crashing on me!during games and when on the internet with it, it also has a dodgy power on button which takes a couple of attempts to switch on and off. I bought it from asda to start with and their policy is just to replace it, but i dont want another one, i want my money back as i no longer have any confidence in the product. If i ring sony and demand my money back will i have any luck?

Not just Microsoft products that break then.....
I'd try it, cause it's not fit for purpose. They've had enough opportunity to rectify the matter.
