Recommend me a PC Steering wheel
Have had two Sidewinder FF wheels but starting to get compatability probs, any recommendations for someone with chunky thumbs? (some of the smaller/cheaper wheels aren't comfy at all)

I'm using a driving force pro wheel + pedals...
http://shop.gameplay.co.uk/webstore/...eel_and_pedals
It's designed for the PS2 and GT4, but since it uses an usb connection, it works very well on the pc as well. You can download XP drivers etc for it from Logitech so no problems with getting it working

I'm currently using the Momo wheel, no complaints
It does have a useful feature when using RB Rally, of having completley seperate axis for both acc and brake, unlike Mcrae etc, which is a combined axis.
You can evan add a clutch system

Interested in the DFP but as it's only for PC, this scares me:
PlayStation Devices on PC and Vice-Versa
Question
Where can I find drivers to operate my Playstation Game Controller on the PC?
Answer
Although Logitech PlayStation gaming products and computer gaming products all have a standard USB connector, the devices are not interchangeable.
In other words, PlayStation devices cannot be used on a computer and vice-versa.
Some of the basic functionalities of these devices may be the same, but they may behave unexpectedly during a game or stop functioning.
We do not support the use of non-product-specific platforms/consoles.

The DFP is for the PS2, it just so happens to work on a PC as well. I won an ebay bid today for one of those racing seats and dfp wheel and can't wait as its half of what it cost new and has only been used twice. Finally going to play GT3 and GT4 in style

I've got one of those seat and a DFP and the wheel is great but there are better seats out there however but they dont fold away like this one so i like it for that alone. its not very rigid and moves a little when your giving it the biffters on the rally stages but over all its a good bit of kit for the money.puts you in the right position to have good fun

I didn't get one of those speedseats, I won a bid for one of those bucket seat jobbies and the dfp for the same money it would have cost to buy the speedseat and dfp new. Wont need to go to the arcades again for driving sims Going to use it for GT3 and 4 and WRC4, are there any others worth getting?

No read again I suggest more coffee first! The speedseat (look at post 12) and dfp new would have cost £165 plus postage, the same as what I bought the above for in post 17 (which cost £360 when new) so I think I got a bargain as its only been used twice and comes boxed with the 3 month old receipt.

Will post an opinion at the weekend after testing with TOCA RD3...
