Question N-Gage

What ever happened to these? Did the PSP hammer the final nail in the coffin?! I never saw the point anyway, was it a phone or a hand held!!!

I seem to recall that to load a game cartridge you had to remove the battery, nice design :0/

Hello

They redesigned the N-Gage to get rid of the badly positioned game slot, and it's still around.

Nokia have stopped production of the machines now but will still include game technology in future phones.

The N-Gage initially required the battery to be removed to install a new game cartridge.

Nokia released a second version, the N-Gage QD which beat this problem.

I have one - I only use it for unlocking other Nokias' security codes
