Bought this of flea bay

Keep getting this error when trying to install drivers from CD



No response from customer support as its chinese new year

Ebayer happy to refund but said it worked fine on his computer

running XP Pro as was the ebayer

Any thoughts?

Have you tried downloading the drivers from here: http://www.penpower.us/product.html ?

 

I cant seem to get a driver type file just a text file

Thanks I have found that but I only get 3 files and they don't look like the one I need

Am I being thick?

You should download those files, and when windows asks for the drivers for your device point it to the directory containing the files.

Got further but now tells me hard where not working properly
