Default Corporate IT solutions advice?

Right, we have very rapidly transitioned from a small business into a fairly corporate entity with offices in the UK, North America and mainland Europe.

As such, and particularly because this has involved some mergers and acquisitions, each territory is using different IT solutions, all of which geared to small businesses.

we now need to consolidate all of this as well as introducing the various global productivity and CRM solutions, not to mention secure VPN for remote access, blackberry servers etc. etc.

we will be around 60 people by the end of this year, so we're not talking enterprise-level stuff here, but we do a lot of asset sharing and file sharing etc.

Can somebody recommend me some companies to talk to about this kind of thing, preferably London-based, and absolutely must have a proven record of this kind of activity.

thanks

Ed

ok, so you are literate in most of the items you will be requesting.

So a couple of things spring to mind you talk about secure VPN for remote access, blackberry servers and then say not talking enterprise-level stuff here, which I read as maintaining local it solutions, not providing say vpn for the entire network. Do you have an IT strategy for say 1/2 years and 4/5 years? Do you already have a given budget in mind? The reason for these questions may change any suggestions I make.

doh!!! I missed the 'IT' bit, I thought you just said manager.

No, although our company does develop some very clever technology, we don't have anybody in any of our locations managing the IT solutions, hence our problems.

I basically need somebody to come in, explain to them exactly what we do and what we need, and then for them to give me a solution
