It comes up with the fact that I have a wired connection, but am currently NOT connected to MSN.

Clicking "Refresh" or "Tools", then "Repair" has no effect.

Every other internet connection seems OK, and we can get onto "Hotmail".

Any ideas please?

Still can't get onto it. We had a "Trojan Horse" Virus earlier, but it's isolated now, could that have been the reason? And if so, why can we STILL not get onto it?

No ideas, guys? We've been onto an internet help page and put all the settings as it said, but no joy.
The lads can get on via a web page, but no direct link. They keep chelping at ME to fix it, HELP!
