Question Xbox 360 & Mpeg4 tunes?

Got a 360 for xmas, and well pleased with it - an awesome bit of kit (hooked up to my HD projector )

However - seems that it wont play any of the downloaded music from Itunes - all in Mpeg 4 (via the wireless connection).

From looking around the web, seems MS have chosen not to be MP4 compatible, so will only play MP3 files. Which is a complete ****, as I've got a massive library of MPeg 4 music from Itunes.

Anyone gotten Mpeg 4 files to run on their 360?

Neil

Check on the Live Marketplace, there's an IPod updater file that fixes this.

It won't play stuff you have bought from itunes. These use the AAC security stuff, and Apple won't give microsoft have permission to use it. You should be able to stream stuff that you have encoded yourself though (i.e. ripped from a cd). I've done this with my ipod and it works fine.
