Which graphics card?

got a decent pc 3.2ghz 2mb cache 2GB ram etc ...

I have no idea what graphics card to get...

looking to spend around £150....might be tempeted to £200 if there is a big jump

been looking at...

Radeon X850PRO 256MB DDR £150

don't really understand what to look for, a combination of memory size, speed & processor speed i presume?

For that budget get a 6800GS from Nvidia. The x800's do not support SM3 whereas the Nvidia does and the speeds are very similar.

ok so which is better to go for...

256MB PCI-Express NVidia GeForce 6800GT GDDR3 256-Bit SLI DVI TV-out

or

256MB PCI-Express NVidia GeForce 7800GT GDDR3 256-Bit SLI Dual DVI VIVO

or even

256MB PCI-Express HIS Excalibur Radeon X800XL 432MHz IceQ II Turbo 256bit DVI

they're all around £200
