Forget PGR3 and Forza...
I've just been playing GT legends on the PC. Blows away every console driving game I've ever played in terms of physics, graphics, and ai. Can play it online as well
Highly recommended if you have the machine to run it

Go check out www.simracing.org.uk for a great bunch of guys who race GTL online with a league starting in the new year
Can get your fix of GTR and, to some extent, rFactor there too

Agree with everything except graphics
With proper sim racing though it's tough to get decent people to race against, there's always some knobber ramming people off.

Oh , prolly is then.
I played the demo of GT Legends (only at 1024x780 full on gfx) but it didn't make me go MMMMMmmmmm like PGR3 did. Might have to give it another go and make sure everything's set to full

GT Legends is the business. Looks great imo, especially with the DX9 textures and everything maxed
There are also loads of mods and textures planned. Here's a nice Spa texture change. Download link below.

Not played GT Legends, but I can highly recommend "Live for Speed". Fantastic online racing, and just a few quid for the full game. (Demo is available FOC)
