Thumbs up Broadband USB v Ethernet card

Re read NTL's online advice last night as a result of my broadband USB connector dropping out on a fairly regular basis. Installed a Netgear 32bit card tonight, ye gods! I thought that 10Mb via USB was fast, we are now in VTOL mode, order of magnitude improvement!!!

i used to use USB a few years back when i was with NTL. I've now been on regular RJ45 ethernet (ADSL) for a few years now and IMO it is far better.

I've never liked the idea of USB being used for anything other than connecting digital camera's / MP3 players to transfer files. IMO i just don't like using it for things that require a constant stream of data running through it (DVD/CD Burner or Internet Connection).
