Give me fecking strength - Mcafee
Trying to renew our grant licences, McAfee wont do it direct because the guy who installed it bought it through a reseller. They also wont tell us who the reseller was!
So they gave me a list of 33 pages of contacts to try. I have so far tried 5 different contacts, ranging from very helpful but unable to deal with use (we are too small at 15 licenses), to simply ignorant bast@rds.
I was advised by one to try PCWorld Business, never use them again! Couldnt hear a bloody thing due to the office party music in the background and they refused to turn it down, so i put the phone down.
Can somebody help, give me a simple way of renewing my licences, that doesnt take forever, or involve a prat on the other end of the phone.
I need this sorting ASAP as the auto update has stopped.
