ebay website problems

ebay website problems
I'm having problems with the ebay website, i can get onto the homepage & go to the sign-in page but from then on a get a load of garbage across the screen (pic below) , I've tried spy-ware & anti-virus checks but they came up OK, has anyone got any ideas what it could be
