how? tv tuner card to PVR?
i got a pretty old ATI ALL-IN-WONDER PCI card (rage 64). looked at the ATI website and they only got drivers and software upto windows 98.
is there any software to turn the tv tuner into a PVR? dont mind which windows OS as long as i can record TV channels onto the HDD
