****ALERT - POTENTIAL DAMAGE TO XBOX 360 DISC****
I've just gone to play PGR3, only to be greeted with the message that the disc is dirty.
Upon ejecting the disc, have a look at this!!!!
Not impressed
Thankfully, Game are being cool - I can change the game (going in after I finish typing this)
The only thing I can think of is that My 360 is vertical rather than horizontal.
Game are also going to give me Microsoft's number, just in case.

Rest assured, I have NOT moved the 360 
Gonna call Microsoft anyway, as after looking at the movie in the link (thanks, btw), my disc is scratched in a different place and just to register the fault - in case it happens again
Showed the manager in Game and he said "****!" - instant replacement though, so thumbs up to Game.
Now, PGR3, here I come

Yeah I had noticed that the scratches on your disc were in a different place from those on the movie file, glad to hear that Game have changed it as I also have read that M$ are not going to exchange any discs that are scratched as they state in the manual that the unit should not be moved during gameplay etc, I know you didn't but you know what they are like !!!!
