Default Outlook message formatting

Hi

Can anyone advise how to set up outlook so that when you open up a new message the format of it is set accordingly:

I want to have a clickable picture at the top of the email which automatically takes you to a website, formatted background colour and formatted text?

I have tried using the stationary picker in outlook but it doesnt appear to have this functionality?

I have an email that I can use, which is exactly the same format / web link as what I want, however I dont want to keep forwarding it and then editing etc. It would be great if it automatically set the format when I opened a new message / responded etc...

Any experts out there!

Thanks in advance!

Question

What flavour of Outlook are you using? If it's Express, I don't think it offers the functionality you're after.

Cheers

Lightbulb

That should work fine then. Just check which version you're running - what does the splash say when you start Outlook? Failing that, go to Help>About Microsoft Outlook and it'll tell you there.

Without having a detailed look, I think you'll find what you need in the Stationery Composer wizard. It's Tools>Options>Compose in Outlook Express but I'll have a look under Outlook 2003 tomorrow.

Cheers
Kav

PS - In Outlook, go to Tools>Options>Mail Format - you should be able to do everything you're after in there.
