I am in the process of setting up a branch of my business in Cape Town and Shanghai.

I have been told by my software providers and the trading exchange that I will need to meet certain crierias before i can gain connectivity.

They are after a certain latency speed.

Does anyone know much about this (sat 2 and sat 3) or whether i can do a test without being out there.

I know i can test through the fibre optic lines out there by literally using the trading platform to test speed.

Any help would be much appreciated.
