No yet - have been reading on some forums that playability is worse than HL2, but graphics are great as long as your machine is pretty powerful.

I've got it and have played through the first couple of levels or so.

It's supposed to be a horror FPS, and I guess with the lights turned down and the surround sound turned up, it is a bit creepy in places.

So far, I thought the playability was actually better than HL2 (although I was very disappointed with HL2 to be honest), but it does need quite a beefy machine to run it.
Having said that, it runs fine on my Dell laptop, (XPS gen2 with a 6800 ultra)...

Looking promising so far....

Seems pretty decent!
Physics on enemy are pretty good! Using bullet-time is VERY handy. I think you need to play it in a darkened room with surround whacked fully up for it to come into its own!

MaxPayne 2 is fun with bullet-time too

Looks like im almost done with HL2 & Farcry though i die instantly on that open lift in HL2 - then got all the mappacks to get through. Not sure how far i am with Doom3. Got Max Payne 2 still to do & Brothers in Arms. Will try FEAR next.

So what do you need to run this game properly (no point if you've got to turn everything off !)

I have a P2.6ghz with 2Gb DDR400 and an X800 Pro. (CPU's gotta be upgraded I know).

It runs at an acceptable rate on my desktop at home which is a 2.5ghz with 1Gb ram and an X800XT. I had to turn down some of the effects a bit (i.e. number of particles / bullet casings shown), but it still looks and plays great...

As I said before, it also plays well on my Dell laptop (2.1Ghz Centrino with a 6800 ultra).
