I'll be travelling to Berlin again on Sunday and have found out that my hotel will have this WLAN service available in every room....has anyone use it before, is it ok? Am also having some difficulty finding out the charges?

Used it loads of times no problem. Apart from when in the Swisscom offices for a meeting, charged my credit card and didn't give me access, red faces or what!

Prices can no doubt be set by whoever's providing the access point, best to call the hotel.
